These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and wajan4d ("Platform", "we", or "wajan4d") governing your use of our online betting platform, accessible via wajan4d.best and all associated subdomains.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or accessing any part of the wajan4d platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is final and takes effect from the moment you first use the wajan4d platform.

Wajan4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice of changes will be posted on this page along with the updated date. Continued use of the wajan4d platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the wajan4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. wajan4d reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account should any of these requirements not be met.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. wajan4D does not permit any underage individual to use our platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the wajan4d platform from within Malaysia.
• You are not currently prohibited from gambling activity for legal, medical, or other platform-related reasons.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Each individual is permitted to register ONE wajan4d account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

The wajan4d registration process requires you to provide your full name as shown on your MyKad or passport, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. OTP verification via SMS is mandatory to activate a new account. A more comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including identity document upload, will be required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Wajan4D accepts deposits via the most popular local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the member's wajan4d account.

• All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wajan4d does not accept any foreign currency.
• Deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information provided by the member are entirely the member's responsibility.
• wajan4d reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit that raises suspicion of fraud or that originates from illegal activity.
• Deposits made through a third party or by another person on a member's behalf are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

Wajan4D is committed to processing all valid member withdrawals within the promised timeframe. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be under the same name as the wajan4d account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5 to 15 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 business hours to process.
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification will not be able to make any withdrawals until identity verification has been successfully completed.
• If the account balance you wish to withdraw includes bonus funds with an outstanding rollover requirement, that portion of the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the rollover has been completed.

• Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time. You cannot combine two different deposit bonuses within the same session.
• The welcome bonus is available to new wajan4d members only who have never previously held an account. One welcome bonus per individual, IP address, residential address, and phone number.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses will be automatically debited from your account without notice.

• Registering more than one account, or using a false identity or another person's identity during registration.
• Money laundering or using the wajan4d platform for any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the gaming system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games to manipulate game outcomes.
• "Bonus abuse" – a clear pattern of betting designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk and no genuine intent to play, such as wagering on opposing outcomes simultaneously.
